She has supported hundreds of business owners through pivotal transitions, partnered with startups on capacity-building strategies, and facilitated mentorship circles that foster connection and collaboration. Sydney is also an award-winning author and a sought-after speaker known for delivering engaging, actionable workshops on leadership, empowerment, and community building.

LaRae Martinez is a conscious leadership coach, community strategist, and advocate for transformative entrepreneurship. With a decade of experience supporting underestimated entrepreneurs, mission-driven brands, and emerging thought leaders, LaRae specializes in helping changemakers clarify their message, expand their impact, and lead with both heart and strategy. She currently serves as a Strategic Outreach & Partnerships Manager, where she connects purpose-driven founders with the resources, relationships, and visibility they need to thrive. A graduate of ASU’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and a Master’s student in Professional Communication at Southern Utah University, LaRae brings a strong foundation in digital strategy, leadership communication, and ethical influence to every coaching relationship. Her approach blends research-based methods with intuitive insight, supporting women to move from survival to systems, self-doubt to storytelling, and burnout to aligned abundance. As a coach in the POP Collective, LaRae guides members through the Empowered Digisist Business experience—helping them rise in their purpose, own their voice, and build legacies rooted in justice and joy.

Sarah Iverson is a holistic play coach, creative entrepreneur, and founder of Curious Sunshine and Sarah’s Kaleidoscope Playhouse. With a passion for helping others reconnect to their inner spark, Sarah supports changemakers in breaking limiting patterns, setting aligned goals, and reclaiming joy through play, imagination, and mindfulness. Her visionary approach fuses art, wellness, and personal development to guide clients toward lives of bold authenticity and purpose. Sarah holds a B.A. in Art and a Master’s in Environmental Leadership. Her signature coaching framework—The Curious Sunshine Method™—blends experiential learning, holistic living, and radical joy practices to catalyze transformation. Whether through one-on-one coaching or immersive masterminds, Sarah inspires a return to wonder, where creativity becomes a pathway to clarity, confidence, and wholehearted leadership.
