I'm Sydney Jackson-Clockston the Owner and Founder of Citrine Unlimited LLC. In 2019 I stepped out in courage and followed my entrepreneurial spirit of becoming a business owner.
One of the biggest areas of growth for me has been developing my internal locus of control. When COVID-19 hit I quickly realized that majority of the time I can not control the things that happen to me but I have the power to control how I react.

Going back to the drawing board and investing in my own business strategy coaching I received clarity on verbalizing my values and that I am an impact-driven social entrepreneur committed to creating transformative experiences through business.
Here enters the creation of Citirne Unlimited LLC. Keeping my values as the center focus of the business, I've been able to use my gifts of coaching, speaking, and event coordination to work with both individuals and organizations.

2013
Moved to Hilton Head Island, SC for the Summer and worked as a Timeshare Event Coordanator.
July 2020
Became a Certified Coach through the Transformation Academy. Had my very first clients!
2014
Graduated from Colorado State University-Fort Collins with a BS in Natural Resource Recreation & Tourism. Spent the Summer coordinating large-scale events with Team Player Productions and Colorado State University's Department of Natural Resources.
2015
Graduated from Colorado State University-Fort Collins with a Masters's in Tourism Management, emphasis on sustainability. Lived and worked in Grand Lake Colorado as a Wedding & Event Coordinator.
April 2019
Officially left my full-time job and turned my side hustle into my first business as a Travel Advisor booking vacations and destination weddings.
Fall 2020
Selected to speak and train during three sessions at Denver Startup Week. Landed first live speaking and training contracts for organizations.

Became a mentor you young adults through Colorado Young Leaders (CYL), supporting high school students with leadership development and community impact projects.
January 2021
My partner and I bought our first house!
Accepted part-time position with Rocky Mountain Micro-Finance Institute (RMMFI) as an Entrapanural Training Specialist. Working with close to 60 entrepreneurs a year to re/lunch their business.
August/September 2019
Through ongoing education and keeping up with industry news learned about COVID-19's spread throughout Asia and Italy. I knew that I would have to pivot industries and I start freaking out about what to do.

Join the Guided By Humanity (GBH) Board. Supporting individuals with neuro-diversities and physical disabilities have access to holistic care and community.

After shedding many tears and deciding to pause my travel business, I invest in business development coaching to come up with a new sense of direction and a new business.

Officially registered and Citrine Unlimited LLC.
Citrine is one of my favorite stones. Not only is citrine warm and brilliant (maybe that's why it's considered to carry the power of the sun) but, it's also known as a conduit for manifestation, imagination, and willpower.

It's believed that citrine ignites abundance, self-esteem, self-confidence, creativity, and overall good luck.

Dreams do come true. Launched & sold out Citrine Unlimited LLC's signature retreat Passion Over Perfection.
Winter 2021
Family tragedy hits and I slow down the business to focus on the important people close to me, along with my own holistic wellbeing. I ask myself: "How can I effectively coach others if I'm not caring for myself?"

After some much-needed time slowing business down and settling into becoming an instant parent, I'm back. Launching new Leadership Development Cohort.

Offer stipend mentorship/internship opportunities with Citrine Unlimited LLC.
Offer occasional scholarships for services.
Volunteer on average 40 hours a year in the community, working with youth, individuals with neuro-diversities, and community partners.
Contract the services of 20 other small business owners a year.
