Friday Day 1:

2:00 pm: Shuttle Departs for Manitou

5:30 pm: Dinner and Land Acknowledgement Discussion

7:30 pm: Fire Ceremony

Saturday Day 2: 
7:00 am - 9:30 am Breakfast 
10:00 am-12:00 am: Manatu Cliff Dwellings

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch 

3:00 pm- 4:00 pm Reflection Discussion

5:00 pm -6:00 pm Dinner

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Oral History/Storytelling 

 

Sunday Day 3:

8:30 am-9:00 am: Breakfast with the Gods

9:00 am -10:30 Garden of The Gods Hike

11:00 am: Shuttle Departs for Denver

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Goodbye Lunch at Tocabe

1:45 pm: Participant Drop Off

  • This tour pays homage to Native American Culture and provides deep and tough conversations on the meaning, intentionality, and impact of land acknowledgments . Conversations will be lead by an expert coach who works in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).

Sydney is a Certified Master Leadership Development Coach, Speaker, and Event Designer committed to sustainability and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). She has degrees from Colorado State University-Fort Collins, where she received her Masters. Sydney has over 10 years of experience in business, the tourism industry, mentoring, and coaching.

Sydney currently works as an Entrepreneurial Training Specialist for Rocky Mountain MicroFinace Institute, Mentors high schoolers/ young adults as a Summit Guide with Colorado Young Leaders, and sits on the Board as Treasurer for Guided by Humanity.
