Cancellation Policy

Please Read This Cancellation Policy

For the Passion Over Perfection Retreat any all deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation made between September 15th, 2021 and May 30th, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made between June 1st, 2022, and the retreat start date departure will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your money is refunded in full or you have the option to apply the balance to coaching services with Citrine Unlimited LLC.). Trip cancellation insurance/Travel Protection is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can contact Sydney for a quote from our suggested and choose from several policy options or you are welcome to pick your own travel protection.

When registering for this retreat you acknowledge that we are in the middle of a global pandemic COVID-19. Because of the nature of this virus, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to public health mandates. If this happens the retreat will be rebooked at a later date and time or the full cost paid for your trip can be applied to coaching services with Citrine Unlimited LLC.
