I am highly trained and always continue to up-level my coaching. I have received coaching training through The Transformation Academy and I have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.

When working together, I combine all of my formal training and lived experience, infusing our sessions with my passion for holistic work (mind, body, and spirit) and community. This combination creates standout leaders.
